Doxa secures partnerships with banks to begin push for digitalisation, procurement, and financing in the Built Environment

In August 2022, Doxa Holdings International (also known as “Doxa”) announced its partnerships with banks to simplify and fill the missing piece in the workflow of Construction firms and Developers through Doxa Connex, a Procurement to Payment, Financing and Analytics platform. This powerful ecosystem will focus on 3 main benefits—increase workflow efficiency and productivity, enable trade financing, and address some Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance (ESG) objectives.

These partnerships allow seamless procurement flows between a company and all its vendors and stakeholders. From the ability to handle supplies purchase requests, work orders, down to progress claims, payment certs and invoices, the platform brings together parties to collaborate in the same ecosystem, reducing data duplication and vastly improving efficiency, productivity and bring about significant cost savings. Data analytics provide insights which will also enable a new avenue of cost and process optimisation for companies.

With Doxa Connex, all transaction data resides within the system to provide a single source of truth. This allows companies the ability to secure financing, and this is made easier with embedded financing on the platform, providing a seamless process from a purchase request to invoice financing. This lowers the cost of funds and provides the capital needed for companies to operate, while lessening the impact of external market disruptions in today’s financial landscape.

By working closely with SGTraDex, Doxa is the first to pilot Green and Sustainable Trade Finance in the Built Environment. It will be the first step in exploring the ways in which companies can reach net-zero emissions in their procurement to payment cycle with to the elimination of physical paperwork and manual processes.
